Which factories is ERPrime built for?

Can we use it without a weighbridge?
Yes. Factories can configure a workflow that skips weighing and records purchase receipts using manual quantities. Factories using a weighbridge can record inbound, outbound and net weights against the order. Hardware integration should be discussed separately for your equipment.
Can my team use it on phones?
Yes. ERPrime runs in desktop, tablet and mobile browsers. Your team can use the same factory workspace from those devices with an internet connection.
How do we control what staff can see or change?
Administrators assign staff to factories and configure roles with page and action permissions. Gate, weighing, loading, lab, production, pricing and administration can have different access. Available modules also depend on your organization’s features and factory settings.
Does ERPrime replace our accounting software?
ERPrime focuses on factory operations. It supports commercial records, order charges, GST calculations and invoice PDFs where enabled. Keep your accounting and statutory filing process in place; discuss any integration requirements during the demo.
What is included, and how does AI usage work?
