The practical details about getting started.
What does the Starter price cover?
The published Starter subscription is ₹6,999 per month for one factory and 10 users. Additional users are ₹699 per user per month, up to 12 users. GST is added separately. Setup work, custom development and any extra usage are confirmed in your quote.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
The headline prices exclude GST. The estimate above shows the subscription, 18% GST and total separately. Your invoice includes the agreed billing period, applicable tax and your organisation’s billing details.
Can we try ERPrime before paying?
Speak with us about a demo and trial during onboarding. Trial access and its end date are confirmed for your organisation. An assigned free-trial period has no subscription invoice or charge; creating an account does not authorise automatic payments.
How do renewals and payments work?
Your agreed billing schedule generates renewal invoices. Pay an invoice online, or authorise optional Razorpay autopay. Bank transfers can be recorded by an ERPrime administrator once received. Paid invoices and receipts remain in your billing history.
How is AI usage handled?
Factory-data questions use the configured AI allowance and follow your permissions. We confirm the allowance, limits and any additional usage charges with your plan. The Starter estimate above does not include additional AI usage.
What about setup, reports or integrations?
Tell us what you need during the walkthrough. Setup work, custom modules, reports and integration requirements are scoped and quoted separately before you agree to them. Hardware integration depends on your equipment and requirements.
